You can also opt to free yourself from the stress of having to purchase and service desktop computers by having the computers included with your service. Our Managed IT Services are customized to the specific needs of your business. Therefore, we are unable to accurately publish any pricing. What we can do, to give you an idea, is tell you that a small business with about 10 computers to manage will pay less then the cost of one IT personnel. Even if said business chooses our all-inclusive service which includes services and desktop computers.
On-Call Service When you use us on an on-call basis the list of services is simplified and design to cover a range of services while still being very affordable. These same services are also available when you use our Managed IT services, except the pricing is discounted. For on-call service clients, payment for services is expected when service is completed. For Managed IT services clients, the charges and fees will be invoiced additional to the monthly service fee.

In-Shop Repairs (Screen and hard drive replacements)
Some repairs have to be performed off-site at our repair shop. Shop repairs are fixed price for the labor. All parts are priced separately. The fee for this particular repair applies to laptop screen replacements and hard drive replacements for all types of computers.

Remote Support Training
When providing Remote Support we are doing so under the impression the user is familiar with how to use the equipment and software and that the reason for the support call is that the equipment or software is not functioning as it is supposed to function. If during the support session we have to train the user then the support session is considered a training session.

Emergency Service Fee
Every service offered is scheduled for next availability. Depending on time of request and workload it could be scheduled for next day. If the issue requires immediate attention then the service offered will incur an additional fee.
